I went on intermittent fasting for my prediabetes. I saw an advertisement of dofasting on TV and the fact that they have sports program and meal plan got me. The app I used before was free, but it was only a time tracker which wasn't enough for me. Anyway, dofasting is a good product and I recommend it for all fasting beginners.
